Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, NO REFUNDS will be provided. If you change your mind, contact the designer at Keesha@bornnoir.com with the change. If there is any difference in price, the remaining balance will be collected via separate invoice or credited for next purchase.

Custom orders CANNOT be returned under any circumstances. If you are not pleased with your order, please notify us of your concerns for possible store credit. NO RETURNS accepted nor refunds granted.

If there are issues outside of our control (i.e. shipping), we will happily work with you to find a resolution, but refunds will not be granted. 

Due to health and safety concerns, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS granted for nail polish orders after 24 hours from purchase.

If there are any defects or issues with product upon arrival, please notify designer for support.
