Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ugh! We hate that it didn't work out. No worries, though, we want to make this right!


Born Noir has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a full refund. The products will only be accepted for a return and full refund, if they have not been opened or used in any way. Please note, a $5 return label fee will be charged for refunds.


Since these are customized just for you, we are unable to have these returned and refunded. Before sending your nails, we will send you images and videos for your approval before shipment. Please let us know before shipment if there are any issues with the nails designed. 

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products and personal care goods cannot be returned, like special orders, personalized items and nail care products. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns & Refunds

To start a return, you can contact us at Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be immediately refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
